On the road again....

So I realize it has been awhile since I've put a real update on here. It's partly cuz my creativity has been put into the 5 Things. Partly because I am being lazy.

Since the Super Bowl, we have had some crazy weather...Like over 10 inches of snow crazy. The Hubs only went to school on Tuesday that week. I on the other hand went to work every day. They did send us home midday on Wednesday when we had 8 inches and it was still snowing. It was all kinds of crazy.

Last weekend, we did alot of much needed chores (i.e. getting oil changes, dogs getting shots and groomed, etc) and hung out. Sunday, we joined a local church that we have been attending. We are both really excited about it! I know God has great things planned for this church and for us.

Sunday afternoon, I drove to my parents because I had a specialist doctor visit the next morning. I got to each dinner with them and my grandpa at one of my favorite restaurants. It was super yummy! Mom and I also ran through Target to do some clearance shopping! Another favorite!

Monday, I woke up to Grace giving me kisses for Valentine's Day and presents from Mom. I went to the DR where he released me and didn't charge me for the visit! WooHoo!! I made it thru work and came home to presents from the hubby! After debating dinner options, we decided McDonalds should be fast and easy....we were wrong about the fast part.

Other than that, we have been preparing for our trip this weekend.....more on that later.....
